Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Sale and discounted items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@smalllot.com.au with your order details and we will assist you.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Your rights may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. These rights apply in addition to this return policy and are not limited to the 14-day change-of-mind period.

Small Lot Australia will cover reasonable return shipping costs where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
